End of Season Celebration on June 16th at Brooklyn Park

Please join us for the end of the season celebration on Saturday, June 16th. 

We'll have two events happening this day, the first being a family picnic lunch from 9-2:30 (schedule below).  Then later that evening at 6pm, we'll have our seventh annual "Game under the Lights" where our majors/juniors softball teams and majors baseball division teams will square off in a double-header. 


Family Picnic Lunch-
Invite your family and friends, bring your picnic lunch and favorite lawn chair or blanket to the Powell Little League celebration at Sewallcrest Park.  Enjoy games and individual team time. Watch the coaches, managers and volunteers play a great game of ball.

9:00-11:30am – Farm and Minor Baseball Exhibition games:

  • Thunderbolts v. The Phoenix at 9 am
  • Farm/minors softball at 10
  • Minors baseball at 11.
11:30-1:00pm-Picnic & Program

1:15-2:30pm- Coaches v. Managers Game

“Games under the Lights” at Brooklyn Park

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to the 7th Annual “Game under the Lights”. This is a Powell Little League annual event that draws the entire league and the neighborhood. Watch from the hill or the bleachers, see the sponsor banners on the homerun fence and satisfy your snack needs with VooDoo Donuts, J.Gelato, TNT Kettle Korn and BroDogs.

6:00pm - 8:00pm Majors v Juniors Softball Game
Watch our young ladies Softball teams play a great competitive game.

8:15pm- 10:00pm Majors v Majors Baseball game “Under the Lights”.
Six lights will be placed over the field for this highly anticipated year-end event. Watch the 2 Majors teams play a great game of baseball.
