8:30am Teams arrive in uniform
- Players meet their team for the parade at the South end of the park on the grassy area near the tennis courts
- Parents refill hot beverage options from the snack shack and find a place to watch along the path under the trees near the snack shack
- Opening Ceremonies begins
- After the ceremony, League sponsored breakfast treats available at the snack shack along with no host snack shack options
10:30am Warm ups can begin for the 11am games

- Managers will issue uniforms this week
- Game Schedules will be released this week
- Team parents are needed, talk with your manager
- Snack shack duties will be assigned to home teams playing at Essex & Woodstock starting on the 5th
- Medical release, concussion acknowledgment forms and volunteer forms must be turned into your manager by Saturday the 5th
